1. Peanut

The benefits of consuming tofu include helping digestion, preventing various dangerous diseases such as cancer and heart attacks.

3. Tomato

Tomatoes contain important compounds like carotenoids, calcium, vitamin A and gamma-aminobutyric acid which make them a heart healthy food. 

Research says that consuming unsalted tomato juice for 8 weeks can reduce triglyceride levels, namely the type of fat that can cause atherosclerosis (narrowing of the arteries due to plaque buildup).

3. Green vegetable

Green vegetables are low in calories, but rich in iron, calcium, fiber, folic acid, magnesium, and vitamins A, C, E, and K. Iron and vitamin C in green vegetables can work synergistically to help prevent anemia, which is main cause of fatigue.

4. Sweet potato

Sweet potatoes are a rich source of carbohydrates for energy. With its high fiber content, consumption of sweet potatoes can slow down the rate of digestion, so that the energy released will be slower but steady.
